As long as the people of the city drive cars and burn various fuel oils, it's their fault, too.
Traceroute is disabled on every network I work with to prevent intruders from determining the network structure. Real pain in the neck, but one of those things we face to secure systems.
These are the guys who went from the "we" generation of the '60s to the "me" generation of the '70s. It couldn't be their fault.
Love visiting Vermont, but the weather is better elsewhere.

But the on site support cost is going to be killer.
