I ordered it from Software Ect yeterday hoping that this will help out the sales in stores. Anyway, I say we bug the people who make Diablo2 and have them talk to Lokisoft about porting it! NaTaS
As for my grammer. Terribly sorry.... Anyway I run Slackware 3.5 on one of my computers. I have 4. The 1st one is my 486 and it runs slackware...the reason is its the best for a lower end computer. Redhat tends to load to much crap at startup and Slackware is more convient in that area. Now my firewall runs Debian. And my k6-2 300 runs Redhat. I like redhat cause its the easiest to configure overall. I know how to configure Slackware to do the same thing...but its a hassle. Anyway and on my 4th computer I run LinuxPPC. So don't go off and Flame cause I run Redhat. I have tried every distro and the 4 I use are my fav's. I aggree that Slackware is cool...but once u run Slackware you have to have alot of time on your hands...and second have you every tried to upgrade slackware when buying a new Slackware CD? Pretty $hitty if you ask me. Redhat has a "upgrade" option on it and is a hell of alot easier to upgrade compared to Slack. Anyway Flame all you want but I think Redhat has done nothing but positive stuff for Linux. They haven't Fuxed anything up. Natas
I don't think so. Redhat is great and they do good for the linux community. I don't think they would do something so $hitty that would make them like M$. I look at M$ as a business that makes $hitty software....now how is Redhat like M$? Now if you look at it as a power hungry business...I still do not see how Redhat is like M$. Redhat is great and there not monopolizing things like M$ so they will never be a M$ like business in my opinion.

Heheh just wanted to let you guys no:) Both can be set to hide. Actually the pager dosen't even come up on default panel settings. Im sorry but I think this is great. I use opera at work, because Im stuck with Winblows. Im tired of netscape in Linux, maybe this will be a great alternative to Netscape. The only thing I have seen faster than opera is Lynx and I love lynx:) Natas

when are we gunna get some optimazations for 3Dnow? I have a k6-2 300 and would love to see someone enhance the voodoo2 drivers in Linux for 3Dnow. I don't knowthat much about 3Dnow, but would it help to include 3Dnow into the kernel? I would love to see this. Anyway I just think it would be nice for people to write there apps and include 3dnow enhancements! Im not gunna purchase a PIII, its too expensive and the K3 looks better (plus its cheaper). Ok yeah its not open source...which I rather have...but that dosen't mean its crap. So I guess Quake2 and any other awesome game in the world is crap to you. Its people like you that make me sick. I love linux and I love watching it grow. I want a OS with games, and ontop of that be very stable. If we don't allow, or we bash companies that make games in Linux but don't release the source...then we will never see some advantages that Winblows has. I do not run Windows cause I think its crap. But this kinda thing makes me happy cause now I really have no reason to install Windows. Just go away and if you think its crap. Why not make the fuxing game yourself and make it open source.
