  1. Re:Do you need a bigger signal?! on The NSA Knows Who You've Called · · Score: 1

If enough people walked onto the streets and refused to leave until the situation was fixed, it would happen. If you don't do that, you deserve what you get.

  2. TO YOU on The NSA Knows Who You've Called · · Score: 1

    He's talking to you.

He's talking to all the slow-boiled blogwhiners on here who would do something serious and concrete to protest this, if only it didn't conflict with their next Counterstrike lanparty or pr0n wanking session.

    Yes you.

  3. YOU AMERICANS ARE PUSSIES on The NSA Knows Who You've Called · · Score: 1

Whatever happened to "Give me liberty or give me death!"? You slow-boild frogs that consider yourself "Americans" are fucking pathetic.

Now you just whine about in blogs. There isn't even any protests. Where is everyone filling the streets in Washington? Naw, y'all are having too much fun watching Survivor, or working too hard to buy your third SUV. Or more likely just wanking off to some internet pr0n. Buch of fucking pussies.

Look at what you have become. You pathetic losers deserve what you get. Don't go crying to other countries when your family members get dragged off to secret prison.

Even former Soviet countries like Ukraine are better off than you. When there is too much corruption there, people actually fill the streets until it's fixed. The only thing the USA has going for it is a good standard of living, and I have a news flash for you. It's dwindling away. Look where your dollar is going. It's never going back up, you know that right? In a decade, you guys will be fighting to cross the border into Canada or Mexico, just to get a damn job. Don't believe me? Keep doing what you are doing, and you will see.

Every time I read about a new abuse of civil rights in the USA, I think to myself "OMG that's awful, they're sure to fill the streets and kick the government out for that. It goes against everything their constitution stands for!" Then, I'm surprised when NOTHING HAPPENS. Except for a few whiners in blogs, that is.

I'm probably going to get modded down as a troll by some "patriot". I don't care. Sometimes your friends and neighbors in other countries have to stand up and have the balls to tell you when you're fucking up.

It could be one of those shows where a nerdy Olmos meets up with crazy and wild Tigh, who teaches him how to be a man, and get the girls. I could see it. I could also see Rosslyn as the spinny sorority girl.

  7. Have YOU heard his recordings? on Canadian Music Stars Fight Against DRM · · Score: 1

    Eh.

  8. Re:Another Pre-Series Possibility on New Battlestar Galactica Spin-off Series Announced · · Score: 1

Ya know, Adama and Tigh in their college years would actually be quite a show, I think. Somehow I am sure Rosslyn could fit in there somehow too as a sorority girl. You just know she was a crazy education student at one time, eh.

  9. Re:I can kind of see... on Livejournal Bans Ad-Blocking Software · · Score: 1

    where they are going.

Bankruptcy. Management knows the company is dead meat.

They are completely aware that this could alienate most people who use their service. The reason they decided to piss off their users, is because whoever controls the purse strings can see that they are hemmoraging money, and this is a last ditch effort to make ends meet. I think they are at the point where they don't care if they upset their users anymore. I don't think we'll be seeing much of LiveJournal anymore, except maybe on fuckedcompany.com.

    My 2 cents.

  15. Re:I wish it worked that way. on The Pirate Bay is Here to Stay? · · Score: 1

This kind of stuff doesn't lend itself well to online work, as everyone's situation is unique, and deserves special attention. However, the industry provides for free and unbiased advice in person all across USA and Canada, no strings attached. Normally this advice is reserved for the rich, there are very few companies who will provide it to anyone. This is my company, and it's likely there are agents in your area.

    http://wfg-online.com/WFG_Public2004/wfghome.asp?l oc=us

Having it explained to you in person costs nothing, and there are no strings attached. An agent would be happy to sit down with you and educate you on the strategies, because we think that people who don't even know what's possible can't possibly become customers. Goodwill goes a long way.

  16. I wish it worked that way. on The Pirate Bay is Here to Stay? · · Score: 3, Insightful

I happen to be an estate planner, and I can say that the current system doesn't work that way. The rich, who use good financial planners (like me) never have to pay estate taxes. There are way too many loopholes, and a bit of good planning can usually elimate most death taxes. It's only the financially uneducated middle class that usually ends up paying death taxes. And what that usually means is the difference between their kids or grandkids going to college, versus getting mcjobs when they drop out of high school.

The system looks good from afar, but in reality it's just a clusterfuck. I try to help, by giving my services for free to the middle class as well, but there's only so many people I can educate.

"Why would anyone become "multi-planetary" when there's no reason to do so?"

People are trying, so there must be a reason.

Think of it as a backup system for every living thing. If something goes horribly wrong on earth, life as we know it will still exist elswhere. Seeing as we are the only ones who are able to do this, I think we have a moral obligation to the rest of the life forms on this planet to do so. I, for one, think we have that obligation.

So, what is the cost of life insurance for the entire planet?
