That's BS. You could make that argument about anything that would get him caught. The website did not willing give up the account information- it was stolen.
Really how hard is it to always do a quick search before accepting- heck it could be already tagged as such when it is submitted. My guess is they don't mind rerunning stories on slow newsday....
You don't have to accept every contact request. If you restrict to people you really know Linked In is invaluable for keeping track of coworkers haven't seen in years, or for an old fart like me, decades.
They don't like it because a minimum income puts all of these government agencies out of business. No more welfare, social security administration, disability, workman's comp, unemployment and I doubt I have listed them all. And these peoples salaries would go towards paying the benefit.
Except the article doesn't explicitly support this. The documents might be coming or going to businesses or other governments that use MS Office so it may not even matter.
Probably because it is not profitable. In a sense they are subsidizing Apple's phone market(and Apple gets paid up front) while the carrier is the one taking the risk of someone breaking the contract.
I believe this move is going to hurt Apples sales when people see what the phone is really costing them....
Lots of people start profitable companies that have great working environments but that takes talent- I guess if your vision was to create BorgMart from the beginning there isn't much hope.
Yeah that is a cute response but the key fob exploit doesn't attract nearly as much attention and has much less risk than smashing a window, but that is obvious isn't it?
I think the one they had installed was 120v and replacing the pump was several thousand bucks... don't remember the details. (10+ years ago) Also running a 12v line with the amps to handle the load 50 or so yrds would have been costly. I guess there was some bad planning on the part of whoever built the house and solar was not nearly as advanced a decade ago.
Care to gauge the relative risk of using a website vs trying to date without one in Saudi Arabia? I have no idea, and I bet you don't either.

And how big is the danger from 'evildoers' for the country to have weak encryption? Isn't this far worse?

I would bet that people with this kind of attitude are also terrible employees. I don't see keeping them out of the labor market as a loss.

It may have been the case where they decided to stop pushing traditional ssd because the 3D XPoint was so promising.

My first thought was to implant it in a mouse.
Notice the keyword 'asked', implied doesn't count.

This have anything in common with RustoMods ;-)
Sorry former east coaster here....
WTF does Tesla have to do with anything? Most people don't have more than 50 k for the car, and those who do most don't want an electric.

I am a nobody and have had my car (toyota/lexus) broken into because of the key fob amplifier exploit. This effects ordinary people too.
Conrad? That Victorian style of writing makes me want to poke my eyes out.
I didn't think there was room in my bag for both en e-reader and a book!
Just got a Nokia 635 off Amazon for 35$... it's a great phone.
Well if anything you would expect it to follow some kind of S curve.
Conveniently located next to the Ministry of Silly Walks....
"The good news is that autonomous cars don't need to park-- they just go give someone else a ride."
My first thought was is this different than what human piloted taxis currently do?
Funny how Idiocracy seems to become more an more of a template then a comedy.
