I don't think the OP even thought this through this far and is an obviously trash post, but for the sake of discussion I looked at a solar panel house and there are dc washing machines and refrigerators that work off of propane instead of electricity. It's actually pretty interesting... the biggest issue was there was no electricity for the well pump and water had to be trucked in so we passed on the house.

Vonage has been doing this as least as long... Apple is innovating by bringing this to cellphones and screwing carries out of voicemail minutes. Hey I don't care if they don't deserve credit if they bring us something users really want more power to them.

I also think the processing on the server seems suspicious- I hardly think there is anything you could do with a single image that can't be processed on a modern smartphone. Seems like a marketing/data gather play more than anything.

My son was diagnosed HFA and PDD- his 'tested' IQ in early grade school was 70. He's in advanced math and science now(HS) and although he struggles socially he has changed a lot.
We got the diagnoses for the special services he receives in school but it isn't normally a topic for ourselves or with the rest of the family.

I don't really understand the point of the diagnosis. Changing or improving behaviors that negatively impact yourself or others around you apply to autistic people as much as ntypicals.

  20. Re:another win for the 1% on Hillary Clinton Takes Aim At 'Gig Economy' · · Score: 1

Except that 'reliable income' has become somewhat of an illusion and is more of a euphemism for putting all your eggs in one basket. If you have 2 or 3 (or more) gigs going on like most tradesmen did before the industrial revolution and one of your sources evaporates up you are not high and dry.

Of course this makes it important to run your household like a business and saving money for the future, this is alien to most consumers who live hand to mouth.
