    No, we used to have that, back in the days of dial-up. It went away and never returned, except for wireless telcom carriers -- who are now also abandoning metered service.

    So what is data caps with additional fees when you go over?

    Except black matter is required to explain how stars move within our own galaxy. One would think all those black holes would be spotted effecting light from stars in our galaxy if the cause of the effect was visible. Black matter is a placeholder to make the gravity equations work properly and no one has figured out yet what fills in that placeholder, or (probably less likely) if the equations are just wrong.

    I've worked jobs where each minute of the day has to be associated with a project and deadlines are set to the minimum time required for an expert with nothing going wrong. I've also worked jobs where the job gets done when it gets done. I've found the latter to be far less stressful and lead to better results over the long run. The former works good for brief sprints when things need to get done.

    I imagine the same thing can be said for alcohol.

    Yes but chlorine can be produced from salt as well. I'm commenting on the OP here worrying about a chemical when any chemical can be bad when misused or good when used properly.

    Your data may be your data, but you're sending it into a public arena. You can't expect any privacy unless you take measures to encrypt your data. Clear-text data on the internet is like expecting no one to listen to your conversation you're having with some using a megaphone in the middle of a densely populated city.

    So clearly the post office should open your mail, and prioritize its delivery based on the content, correct?

    I think in some states the non-compete and similar are illegal. So companies incorporate in the states that allow that.

    Well there are a few stories out there about the first interstellar ship finally arriving after a few hundred years to find a fully terraformed and colonized planet as our technology made major breakthroughs back home while they were in space.
