    Actually it was almost 100 years ago and the primary mechanics were worked out by Karl Schwarzschild though they are considered a result of the conclusions from Einstein's General Relativity,
    The concept of a black hole was not even introduced for another 40 years and was always part of relativity discussions in peer review.

    Just curious since I remember reading, admittedly on a blog, somebody take that "It takes X dollars to do 1 MRI" statement

    The DNA sequencing table shows a precipitous drop in costs down below $10,000 and under .10 per genome or check the latest genome chart. However this cost only calculates raw full human sequence not just a particular strand or some desktop device that does limited work.

    Blocking the IP addresses are slightly more effective in that way.

    It's still completely ineffective because IP addresses change, proxies like thepiratebay.ee will get you there as well, and private or tor DNS will always get you where you want to go.

    Or if you are already the intern, without pay, you should document it and demand your pay. Most places, it's illegal to work as an unpaid intern if your work actually has any value to the company.

    Or you should get a paying job, since the company could care less what's illegal and is never fined.

    (Can't drop Time Warner, as they're the ONLY cable internet provider here, but I did send them an email expressing my dissent.)

    We're currently working on cancelling our TWC in full, not only replacing the wired internet with wireless, but switching to internet-only powered TV instead of braodcast cable. It's all an incredible sham for customers but it will take years for the mess to get sorted out.
