Apples (the fruit) are not part of the computer industry. Your father probably wasn't selling himself as a computer. Aqua crayons aren't marketed as a GUI.

When Apple Computer was started Apple (The Beatles' label) wanted them to change their name, however it was settled that Apple Computer could keep its name as long as it didn't enter the music industry.

Do the themes' names contain Aqua, Mac, or Apple in them anywhere? Yes, they do. Aqua, AquaX, eMac, and eMac-GTK were removed. They contain Apple's trademarks in their names. This is why they were removed.

    Perfectly reasonable.

You're wrong. When you sample music you must license the samples from the owner of the music.

However, you should be able to play the same notes as another piece of music in bits. This is what many of the classical artists did with their variations on a theme by X. I don't know if this right has been stripped away or not.

What you're missing is that the three pyramids each have a slightly different alignment. What this indicates is that when each pyramid was designed or the ground-work was laid the Egyptians found true North by looking at the stars. This allows scientists today to use the alignment of each pyramid to date the pyramids inception.

I was going to moderate this story, but I just couldn't resist posting.
