But then again, I spent good money and a lot of effort installing insulation when building, and making an optimal duct system, along with using ERVs. I spent close to 9 grand 4 years ago when building, on HVAC/insulation. The average home owner would pay around 15 to 20K for the same set up. Owning an HVAC/R company does pay off at times.
