    They sign a contract for two albums then the label refuses to release the second one until they sign a contract for more. Since they signed the contract they can't release their music any other way.

    It can be, but then it loses it's main advantage as the steel (and the concrete containing it) needs to be replaced after a while.

    How about a data retention policy to delete any video not flagged as evidence. Make sure the retention time is less than it would take for a citizen to file the legal paperwork against an officer that would get it flagged.

    Cell phones generate light, which is significant in a dark theater. Also, people tend to talk louder on phones than in person, even in situations where they would generally try to be quieter than normal. That said, you shouldn't be talking to the guy next to you during the movie anyway.

    You might want to actually give the necessary context when spewing out statistics, for all we know (without looking it up ourselves) there are 30 million people in the area you're referring to. If this were the case the number of cases would be lower than normal.

    I would tend to agree that the graphics were unlikely to cause people to quit, they were, however, responsible for keeping some people from starting.

    On the other hand, it's possible that the newer stuff are all custom one-offs. SCUDs they probably have an assembly line for. I'm not sure if they've really had enough launches to wring the bugs out of anything higher performance, a point at which they can freeze a design and say this is the definitive [cobert]Type-O-Dong[/cobert], model X.

    If the only problems were differences between the missiles I'd agree, but the missiles had other oddities in their construction even when looked at individually.

    I feel obliged to point out that the shield in question was intended to protect it while it was under construction, not while it was in use. Also, to reach that shield they needed authorization which may have included letting them through the local planetary shields.

    Consoles are better for developers as they have uniform specs and interface resulting in (theoretically) better performance. Unfortunately it seems that instead of better performance, they reduce the amount they spend on development and aim for similar performance.

    Your citations show that atheists are more likely to commit suicide. More interestingly to me, members of religions that strongly prohibit suicide are more likely to commit suicide than members of religions that don't.

    If it's not their first yacht, they probably already have property near the ocean, thus a villa in Colorado might be useful for skiing or some such.

    It's not that hard for larger retailers, but it can be incredibly difficult for truly small businesses with only a few employees.

    Makes sense, but you can only tax someone in your jurisdiction so this would be a receipts/excise tax on the seller rather than a sales tax on the buyer.
