    I usually go with about half of what that chart shows, and even that gets me pretty jittery sometimes. I'm no coffee connoisseur though, that's for sure. Usually just trying to warm up and/or wake up.

    There really is no other logical way to approach this. If they went the other way and prioritized the pedestrian, a psychopath could sprint back and forth across a busy freeway, causing accident after accident and injuring or killing lots of innocent passengers.

    3.5mm jacks are proven and they really can take a lot of abuse. I'm guessing that whatever they replace it with would be more fragile and not stand up well to the kind of abuse people wearing headphones are likely to give it.

    Well, if we assume a 750' outside diamater and a 550' inside diameter, the roof area should be around 817k square feet, or 76,000 square meters.

    If we assume solar insolance at 1,000 watts per square meter at peak sun (probably too high, but likely what they used) that's 76,000,000 peak watts total.

    If the panels are 15% efficient, that means at peak they should put out around 11.4 MW.

    Since I doubt the entire roof area is completely covered due to the requirements of other building systems, and the fact they aren't going to get 1,000 W/m^2, it would seem either you're right about the panels, or they are placing some in the inner portion of the 'doughnut' as well.

    What's to stop someone from setting up a bogus server, planting a lot of fake 'evidence' on it, and allowing the government to hack into it and discover whatever they want them to discover?

    It was one of his fund managers. They have complete autonomy when buying and selling stocks. I guess with a transaction this large, it's likely that Buffett was made aware of it but he's not the guy that pulled the trigger.
