If the instigators of said debt have an issue with the method used to pay said debt, then that is their problem for not understanding both the technology and penalties involved in such.
I'll bet any amount of kroner that the bank involved will have absolutely no problem with this.
If, as is sometimes the case, the person donating the amount involved has a change of heart and wishes to renege on their payment, then there is a perfectly reasonable solution to this under Swedish law. This is not a case of, "Oh, I f'd up." According to the law, it's a matter of, "Oh, never mind. Give me my money back."
