I did go to that site and I'm afraid that's like the politicians saying "our policies are right, check this site for the proof" and then linking to their own site. I could link you to my proof, you can link your proof. I've had this discussion too many times, you've had this discussion too many times, do we really need to go into it?
Yeah it was daecent weather, too bad I still recovering from Saturday night to be able to enjoy it!
Yeah I just asked around the office here and no one heard any either. I'm beginning to wonder if someone was just playing with a set of balloons and had an unfortunate accident involving static...
Oh man PaRappa the Rapper! I played the shit out of the demo of that...
Kick punch its all in the mind, if you want to test me, I'm sure you'll find, the things I teach ya, are sure to beat ya, never the less you'll get a lesson from teacher now Kick!
Nobody said anything about it ruining the game, I simply said I didn't like VATS and prefered not to use it
"Oh no a comment on slashdot, I wont bother reading the full contents of it, I'll just look at some individual words and jump to whatever conclusion/subject I want to rant about" - I don't get you people
I did initially, but it slowed the pace of combat too much for my liking. Maybe if the last enemy in a group of enemies was to have a slow-mo that would be ok, but it was way too often for my liking. Even the use of VATS I found intrusive. In the middle of a mad epic gun fight and then suddenly "... pause... ok I'll select that guy... shoot twice... and go.." Didn't feel right
I couldn't help but laugh when I saw "why do you even need AV without a net connection... so anyway, I continued to connect the camera with its rewritable disk space to my machine that still has autorun enabled..."
*facepalm*
With micro transations is that sometimes they don't seem micro at all. My idea of micro transations are less than €1. I came across a game there recently (Burnout Paradise for anyone who cares) where all the micro transations that were available combined cost more the original game did.
I was referring to the US Space Exploration budget. The United States DoD budget, farm subsidies, alternative energies budget and a handful of other massive sources of inefficent spending is a discussion for another day and another news article
So ends America's wasteful spending on a program that didn't live up to what was promised. Maybe now space exploration can start heading back on the right direction
And also to be fair to the OP, he wasn't necesserily saying it in connection with the article. And also to be fair to the OP, Ireland does indeed rock.
Irregardless of whether the security team were watching logs or not, there seems to be fundamental failures of their security teams in terms of network infrastructure, design and implementation. Unless they were removed because they were making too much noise about replacing their entire network with a more solid security based design, I would say this was a good move. Their security team was clearly ineffective. From everything that has come out, it didn't need to be an inside job to have been done and some of the gaping holes that were left unchecked for years are (in some cases) absolute basic security principals.

They're still using primitive lasers. Wouldn't even penatrate the shields

I was thinking the EXACT same thing... I know it was raining pretty hard on Saturday, but I didn't see any lightning or hear any thunder

I don't heart VATS either, much prefer to aim myself
UFO Alien Invasion is probably a better reboot of Xcom in fairness
Man eats whole cow pie!!
Never put down your actual thoughts in an e-mail (draft, or sent). Voice communications only. If you have to write an e-mail, don't speculate.
Sounds like something a young Richard Nixon would say. Worked out well for him

The real question is why would the Combined Community Codec Pack want to infiltrate Lulzsec?
"The Soviet Union? Did you guys break up?"
"Yeeees! That's what we wanted you to think!"
I'm glad to see the satirical aspect of that particular Simpsons quote still holds relevence today
Salt my hash please. Otherwise the rainbow will get me!

"I also want to stop traffic stops and end slavery at traffic stops..." I really hope you voted for Basil Marceaux
Seems more testy to me
You're exactly right, the idea was to be reusable to bring the costs of spaceflight down.

If he was a socialist, you wouldn't have had him renew the act
