    Why? Are they the only company making SSDs? Seems to me WD sees that SSDs will eventually replace spinning media for most applications and want to be prepared. I'm surprised it took them this long.

    Perhaps you just didn't market it right. I suggest advertising your pickle flavored ice cream in magazines for pregnant women or stoners.

    I mean, yeah, I guess it would be kind of cool to run Windows x86 binaries on certain models of smartphone and all, but honestly, under what conditions did they think this would be useful (beyond the obvious 'gee whiz' factor)?

    I can see certain applications where it might be a good idea to deploy a legacy Windows application to tablets, but even in those situations it would usually be better to host the application on Citrix or some other application virtualization layer running on a server than have them running natively on the tablet.

    When she was fired, after making that mess, she got a 21.4 million severance package. Imagine making more money for being shitcanned than most of us will make in our lifetime.

    Open carry is (generally) for pistols. Gun racks are for rifles/shotguns.
    And many Texans (and MIssissippi rednecks for that matter) don't limit themselves to a single type of firearm.

    if you fail to watch your amino and mineral balance, you can have really bad things happen, such as blindness.

    I think that mental blindness appears before real blindness, often Vegans are no different from religious fanatics which also are similar to zombies.

    Comcast gets to define what unlimited means. Deal with it, or start your own telecommunications corporation.

    In most of their markets Comcast has been granted a monopoly by the local authorities so you couldn't legally compete with them even if you had enough money to.
