    Firstly, this scheme will only if the police are allowed to maintain their extensive facial recognition database that includes millions of innocent people. There has been some outrage over this database, that they were told to shut down, and which is unregulated.

    As if the database can ever be shutdown when everyone obediently lines up to photographed ("don't smile, computers don't like it")

    Could call it a "passenger's license", of course the government is not going to allow you the freedom of movement without reserving it's "right" to revoke it, along with keeping your biometrics updated in the surveillance database.

    Is it based on risk or on companies being less price sensitive? Anyway individual rates are rapidly adjusted based on claims, if they are really outside the statistical norm they could end paying even more than the commercial rate or being dropped

    "Inclusiveness" is a value of girl culture, the culture that geeks left behind so they could get shit done. Most of the women in the equivalent IQ and socioeconomic bracket are very happily employed by the government doing absolutely nothing, damn right they aren't going to ever get off their fat asses to switch places with a working man.
