The Capitol Hill Blue article is an editorial rant, not a news source. Thompson was making a political statement by making up a story about how he thinks the White House and Supreme Court work. Bush never said anything of the sort.
Similarly, SC Justice Scalia never said, "The Constitution can mean whatever we want it to mean."

I use Firefox instead only because I got addicted to some of it's extensions.
The extensions are the whole point of using Firefox. Adblock and SessionSaver are great. Plus things like gTranslate and Moji and rikaixul are actually amazingly useful things for aspiring bilingual web browsing people.

Vib Ribbon did not come out for Dreamcast. I was thinking of Rez.

Sega probably did fail because of marketing. The Christmas season of 2000 was where they totally failed. PS2 had been anounced, but wasn't available. Dreamcasts were plentiful and had tons of great games (Soul Calibur on Dreamcast is still better than PS2 versions). But Sega didn't market it. There were no commercials on TV for it. They didn't tout it as an alternative to waiting for PS2. So no one bought it. Everyone I know who had a Dreamcast loved the games on it (Sonic Adventure, Soul Calibur, Jet Set Radio, various sports games, Shenmue I and II, Crazy Taxi, Resident Evil: Code Veronica, Skies of Arcadia, Sakura Taisen series, Napple Tale, Vib Ribbon, Space Channel 5, Psychic Force 2012, Rival Schools, Guilty Gear X, and tons more). PS2 didn't get that many good games for it until years later.
Look, it's their game. If you don't like how they want to do things, don't buy their game. It's not like you don't have alternatives. Here are a couple: (1) Don't buy it. (2) Download the cracked version on some torrent site.
Why sign your credit card at all when no-one even LOOKS at the signature and YOU are liable for fraudulent use of the card?
It's entirely for investigating after the crime has taken place. The bank will get copies of all the receipts and compare the signatures to decide if you are telling the truth about having not made those charges. They will also require you to file a police report since it is a serious crime to file a false police report, they won't take you seriously if you don't. All the credit card security isn't about preventing access, it's about being able to analyze unlawful access after the fact.
... unless they're willing to ship 10% of them to me, refrigerated and boxed, so I can crack em and suck the fresh stem cells down and become a REAL Superman. If it's my own well-being involved, I have no ethics.
Wow. You had me going until the last part. Bravo.

No need. Companies already make tons of money on pipes, bongs, those vaporizer things, rolling papers, et cetera. They just say it's for tobacco use only.

I just looked at BestBuy.com. There's a 37" Westinghouse LCD flat panel TV with native 1920x1080 pixel resolution for $1899.
pfft.
I heard that Lucas is going to change it back for the Star Wars "Special Jedi Edition" box set.
No, really.

Maybe they're referring to the novelization of the movie starring Will Smith.
I for one salute our new Digg overlords.

It aparrantly used to be called MrProject.
Who says this tool is being used on U.S. owned internet sites?
Except that Azumanga Daioh in English is not funny.

Wow. That is the funniest thing I have seen all day.

You're not paying to pirate. You can do that on your own without spending any money. What you are paying for is "advanced piracy-related services".

Oh, oops. I was thinking of signing the charge slips. Signing the back of the card is of no value.

Now, modify your kernel and disable the unlink(1) system call.

Actually, I would prefer if ethics existed regardless of law. Oh wait, they do.
Thanks.

He's not saying that it's impossible, only that it hasn't happened yet.
And hence, legalize ca**abis!!!!!
