Agree, sounds ridiculous, the "portable" nuclear reactor design that Toshiba created can provide up to 10 MW with a possible improvement to 50MW and it weighs much more than that and let's not take into account the size. Smells like a hoax.

Okay, let's say that I am enemy of organization X which host everything in that big-fat-oversized datacenter, just do something really stupid like [set/fly/throw] a [bomb/explosive/ddos/plane] [in/on/into/over] the datacenter and everything is gone... What? I hear someone yelling "DR and backups"? Nah!! the bad publicity will make the rest. The thing is that as bigger the datacenter is, the complex to manage will be and could be easy target because it is OVERSIZED.

Unless they are using some sort of transparent proxy which rewrites the request. I was working for a company which does content filtering using this technique. So the limitation you are assuming is not a limitation at all, and of course jumping the ship will be the temporary solution after all ISPs start doing the same.

As what others have said, the only viable thing to do is to use https and I heard about efforts for looking at https traffic by faking the certificate. How? By having all traffic being inspected and modified everything can be done.

Therefore If I wanted to ask people an advise for something is very important to me, I would like to read from someone who has maybe another _intelligent_ perspective.

Yes, maybe the best thing to do is ask to a relative or something but it doesn't hurt to ask in slashdot.

    In Mexico City no.

I lived in Mexico City where you only have to pay and sign a paper that says something like "I confirm that I know the laws of transit and I know how to drive"

Also a while ago you could get a permanent driver's license (a very "cool" thing, I still have mine, therefore I don't have to pay for renewal every two years), the rules have changed now, however you still don't need to do a test to have a driver's license in Mexico City. The cost of the license is about 40 USD.

Despite I don't know why is this... I believe that corruption was the cause, as we live with bribery and blackmailing on a daily basis, thus people would take advantage of the "power" in them to deny or allow people to obtain a license.
