Hell, our document shredding vendor destroys all my dead drives. I take them out to the truck, set them in one of the bins, and stick around until it is dumped. They even have a camera in the conveyor so I can watch as the drives meet their demise. Quite fun and therapeutic to see them hit the grinder!! Small pieces too, not just a hole in the platter!

First, I am not condoning driving under the influence. To me this is a constitutional matter. Law enforcement can set up a Gestapo type check point and all they have to do is make an announcement on a low wattage radio station as to the location of the check point and the law says this is enough to consider the public informed. Typically they only do this the afternoon before the checkpoint is set up. This is fundamentally unconstitutional. You should not be subjected to being stopped and questioned for no apparent reason. If I am a sober driver and want to avoid this checkpoint, I should have everything available to me to do so. This app is no different to me than law enforcement having to announce the location of the checkpoint. I also believe you can actually go to the local law enforcement or state highway patrol website and get the same information, so what is the difference in that and having an app that will do it for you?

Because flying is a service, it is not a right. You do not HAVE to fly, you can choose to travel by other methods. If you want to fly overseas, then you'll have to send you kids through the scanners, or take a ship, PERIOD. If you don't like the rules put in place by the governing body, then don't fly. Simple as that. And, no, it doesn't have to be relevant to the children. This is about the pablum puking squeaky wheels who think they know best for everyone. I personally think the scanners a great tool for the security personnel to leverage in keeping the airlines safe and should be used at all airports.

I have an idea... If you don't want planes blowing up in the air and you don't want your kids going throught the scanners... DON'T F*#@%ING FLY! I swear, all these little squeaky wheel groups need to shut the hell up. We all need to start running our airports like the Israeli's and we wouldn't have all these security breaches.
