That's the only sensible answer. If you read slashdot and even post a question on it you are smart enough to do some research yourself. If the poster had done some research (s)he would have found out that the choice between tablet and ereader depends on your personal preference. So why is this question on/. At all?
All Apple users are fanboys/girls. You just become one after having used such marvellously perfect hardware and software for a while. Face it: there is nothing better!
Certainly, there will always be a market for PC software. But at the moment smartphones are still exciting so that's where the money is. I think in 5 years or so that market will be saturated too and the massive growth of Apple, Google and the like will stop. What will they come up with then?
No. Here in Holland providers do not really care what you do with your connection as long as you don't gobble up too much data. What 'too much' is is of course determined by the providers.
Oh yuch, I left a bottle of milk on the counter top at work for only a few weeks. I didn't dare open it and threw it all away. Milk turns green and bobbly and chunky when left on its own for too long.
There is no such thing as an efficient SUV. It's like MS software: defective by design. Most cars are made to do one thing very well: go very fast, take a lot of load, get a family plus luggage from A to B in comfort, and so on. SUVs can do none of those things well. They look like terrain vehicles but most of them can't even do that right. They're the most rubbish cars humans have ever made and they should be illegal by now due to their sheer ridiculousness.
You often need these 'outdated' journals to get an idea of the history of the thing you research. You also need them because not all knowledge is in the newest papers. To be able to read those papers you need a minimal amount of knowledge, which is often in 'outdated,' as you call them, papers that are referred to in the new ones.
Unfortunately, many people never seem to think, which is the reason we have to look at those horrible Powerpoint presentations every so many days at work.
3) The plaintiff should prove the amount of damages they claim and not pull that out of their ass.

I have some beer and chips left from the Samsung vs Apple case. But I'll buy a new couch for this one!
My car also has that feature and I like it a lot. You don't notice it, which means it's implemented well.
So basically you need a laptop.
Whooooosh!

Yes they have. Every new product that is not office or a desktop OS that they released has failed miserably. That sure is failing to me.

Another plus of traveling over water was that you couldn't call 911 or equivalent there.
They're flat, as in: not dwindling down to zero. Not bad in this economic crisis.
If this came to court, wouldn't the judge dismiss the patent because of its obviousness?
Yep. Even with Windows on my MBP I have more problems connecting to wireless networks than with OSX.
But you didn't test it. It would be a nice way to test your hypothesis. What kind of data do you need to test how much is left after 25 years?

I can do that: Ballmer is not a genius. See? :)

I never noticed that.

I never do that. I don't pay US$ 100,- per page for nothing.
I just read the blurb but I don't see where the 25 years of technical advancement comes in. We have all the communication tools available already.
Why is this Insightful? It's an opinion, not an interesting way to look at things.
Green.
