The efficiency gains gotten from proper CSS easily outweigh anything you get from frames.
The point regarding image size also doesn't go away with a frameset, especially if the images are advertisements. I would also, as a site owner, NOT want to have ads persistent, as the chances of a person finding an ad they like might be higher the more different ones they see.
I remember writing all kinds of great stuff on concrete with a cheap pressure washer when I was a kid. It didn't fade for weeks either, and that was just water out of a hose.
I'd use a USB adapter for that- not only does it allow you to avoid size limitations, but you can adjust the antenna position to your liking very easily. USB wireless adapters are about 50 bucks these days, and are probably a better idea than PCI wireless devices in a desktop machine, anyway.
It's quite possible. Between those guys and the folks at Democratic Underground, I don't know who would make a better hot-air balloon. Granted, the freepers did actually do some shit in person in Florida back in 2000... imagine that.
Surely the dark foes upon Janet Jackson's chest lurk in the shadows to catch us unawares. Where, pray tell, are the myrmidons of the FCC, who so bravely took on the task of defending us from this satanic spectacle of mammary menace?
That explains a whole lot. The only other manufacturer I could think of with such a failure rate was Acer... and I didn't remember if they made anything anymore, since their old stuff ssssssucked.

I am superior.
My distinction is that I think so.
I want what you have.
I kill you. I take what I want.
I am superior. You are the inferior race, and I am justified in all I do because of my superiority.
Is this an agreeable situation? If it is, congratulations- you are logically consistent. If it is not, why not?

Business losses are all that matter.

99.999% of the living that has been done in the last ten thousand years has been done detached from the net.
Sometimes the best of all debating tactics is to say "None of you are worth my time."
Then you automatically win. Try it.

You traded mysterious config files for mysterious registry files. I don't know which one I hate more, actually.
1) Illustrator
2) Rhino
The password lock on Palms is pretty weak. But it does keep the bozos out.
That mostly has to do with the DVD+ folks wanting to evade licensing fees levied by the DVD- folks. Wheeeeee.

Atlantis is probably no more beyond the Pillars of Hercules than the ancient shoggoth infested city of the Great Race is at the south pole.

Yammering about a class war, from *either* the left or the right, disqualifies you from polite human society. Go back to 1948.
Waa waa. I'm so great. You're so weak. Waa waa. Give me your cookie.
Come on, dude.
And when I can buy 3 DVDs for $20, why would I bother pirating most stuff?
