    You know your right.
    I always recomened HP printers, I went out and got a v40, read the reviews and found out it was shit. Returned it and bought a samsung. I didn't even notice it becouse I had my eyes fixed on HP. This printer qualitly is great so far. I wish it had Mac drivers, but someday it may.

    I think the US is the only place where the stupid "airtime" exisits. In Europe, you DON'T pay for recived calls, toll free calls are free. Cell phones are just like anyother phone. I really wish the big players will wake up and adopt a similay pay plan.

    I bought the Motorola T720 cellphone, the new color one with games and all. Well it has tetris and tony hawk skater game, Both of these games are DEMOS! and thats one of the main selling points of the phone, look at the ads for it. I bought it for the big screen, and returned it yesterday for a Nokia becouse the Motorola keept crashing on me. But we will see more of this in the furtre becouse people buy things and say, "wow it come with this and that..." umm no.

    I downloaded the demo, Does your software download maps for Europe? I tried to get maps of Frankfurt, Germany, but all I got was green checkmarks. I could get Tampa, FL maps without a problem.

    Can you load the topo maps on the GPS V?

    I see that Garmin sells the Topomaps on CD, is that the maps you load? Can you comment on the resoultion?

    Do you have an intel Nic? replace it. I found most BSOD to be from Intel nics. In linux they work fine, but in NT they just die at random.

    At my old high school (www.wies-hs.odedodea.edu) our tech teacher would allow games during lunch. It was great! People who looked at us as being geeks would stop by and get intrested in what was going on, frag a few and check out the electronic projects that were on display. I think that help defuse the stereotye of geeks.

    Best part was in the spring he would bust out the grill and everyone would bring food!

    I know that a lot of teachers did not like our tech teacher for his style, but he were the top DoD tech school and he did get the top US teacher back in '98, I think.

    Looking back I wish I took more electronic courses.

    Clean the black rubber pads that touch the surface. It's strage I know, but one you clean the 4 corner pads you mouse will work much better!!!

    I know what you are saying, and I agree, but some marketing idiot said the PC needed a modem and look into a cataloug and found the cheapist thing they could get.
