Because there is a real problem? Comcast is throttling their main internet pipes to make Netflix unable to compete with their own offering. Also, many ISPs have been making noises about charging Youtube and Netflix to carry their services over their internet, which is a direct violation of what an ISP is.
Except it isn't. As numerous people have stated, she has witnesses to the fact that the Facebook post happened two miles from the accident in her driveway while waiting for the car to warm up. The other party in the first accident was a witness to the fact that the sun was right in motorists eyes, and may have been the cause of the first accident. The 70 yo guy was standing presumably in the street when struck, and even at 30 MPH, you are going quite fast enough to injure someone as badly as he was injured. It is entirely likely Baes had slowed down due to the sun, but did not see the man standing in the middle of the freaking road in time to prevent the accident. This may be considered manslaughter, but I can't see her being prosecuted for that. Do you expect people in the middle of a lane on the highway when you are driving? If your vision is difficult from staring into the sun, are you likely to see someone doing this rather odd thing in time to avoid the accident?
Perhaps your should read some of what Stuxnet is designed to do before spouting off. Here is a collection of information gathered from numerous sources:
I would say it even defeats their cause to attack Israel in such a way as it would destroy Jerusalem which is a holy city in all the religions of the area.
Stuxnet was designed to make the centrifuges rapidly change speeds which would cause them to fail quickly if not caught, which would make them stop spinning...
Stuxnet installs malware into memory block DB890 of the PLC that monitors the Profibus messaging bus of the system.[30] When certain criteria are met, it periodically modifies the frequency to 1410 Hz and then to 2 Hz and then to 1064 Hz, and thus affects the operation of the connected motors by changing their rotational speed.[35] It also installs a rootkit—the first such documented case on this platform—that hides the malware on the system and masks the changes in rotational speed from monitoring systems.
This would make the motors burn out pretty quickly, as well as poison the enrichment process.
if you buy a DVD of a movie, you may watch it, but you may not take some parts of the movie, edit them together, add some titles and overdub it in an ominous voice. The studio may do it (and we call it a trailer).
Actually, under a certain percentage, yes you can, it is called a review.
When I go to Amazon or some such, I immediately look at the lowest ranked reviews, then sort them into idiots, people who are never satisfied, and true criticism. I then consider if the criticisms are things I care about. No amount of astroturfing will prevent me from getting a good idea of the quality of the product.
That would not be the original...the original was a side scroller. I would think the 3 in the name might clue some in, it wasn't only because it was a FPS.
I don't know, if they were looking at using it as a listening platform, putting in a micro gas engine seemed rather odd, maybe it lands before turning on the mic...
It should continue to work. None of the ISPs in the US at least are really ready for the switchover anyways. Most likely for a while at least, your ISP will just proxy stuff for you. The only ISP I have actually heard of looking into IPv6 was Comcast, and they are Craptastic, so I doubt they were successful:)

Yes
It was used in the context of talking to a less intelligent crowed too, it was a good analogy for those who have no clue how a computer works.

My mother is nagging me because of my derivative works.

Patenting a plant, then suing people when nature happens and the plant is fertilized into their field.
Less by the end of the movie.
And I would add, to induce terror in the population.

The equipment that is targeted is not used in hospitals unless those hospitals have uranium enrichment centrifuges.

Yeah yeah yeah, I know it is Point Of Sale...I'll show myself out...
Ok, as I only ever use shutdown -h (or -r) now, I tried to look up those other options with no joy, WTF does -s and -m do?

Sorry, just had to. Just ignore.
Come on, this is Duke Nukem, he probably shoots like a machine gun :)

I have had problems with Netgear's switches even. Picked up a 24 port GigE switch, it fried within 3 months, just out of the return period...
