Euro isn't by any means a failure, what's a failure is the half-hearten attempt to trim the dead weight. It's like having a leg cut and repeatedly smearing urine all over it because that takes away the pain momentarily, instead of going to the hospital and pay to have it treated.
German dude goes to Greece, wants to stay at a Greek village inn. He goes to the innkeeper and pays him 100 EUR for a week's long stay in a room, then goes visiting the village. The innkeeper rushes to the butcher and pays him 100 EUR to get rid of accumulated debt. The butcher rushes to the baker and pays him 100 EUR to get rid of accumulated debt. The baker goes to the carpenter and pays him 100 EUR to get rid of accumulated debt. The carpenter goes to the village whore and pays her 100 EUR to get rid of accumulated debt. The village whore goes to the innkeeper and pays him 100 EUR to get rid of accumulated debt.
The German tourist comes back, goes to his room, sees it's filthy and demands his money back, gets the 100 EUR from the innkeeper and leaves. That way, everyone's debt is covered but nobody has any money to speak of. The village is 500 EUR poorer and nobody understands why.
So... that makes Mace Windu... what exactly? Powerful, wise, educated, good-aligned black person. But yeah, lets ignore Mace Windu and focus on jar Jar, who's not black, not human but hey, his accent "might" resemble something. Jeez. This is beyond ridiculous.
I'm Romanian, and I lived in Transylvania for 7 years, I even got some Transylvanian accent. Trust me, the Nemoidians do NOT have a Transylvanian accent. I didn't think they had a Japanese accent either. in fact, I didn't think any characters had a specific accent, nor did I care.
Sleeping is a very complex process, and the duration of sleep could be genetically altered by compressing various stages of sleep, e.g. making the transitions more efficient, etc.
M.2 is a mess. Same connector type for two, even three* different protocols is always dumb. This, combined with poor mobo documentation, confuses people. I got shafted yesterday, bought an M.2 SATA EVO 850, 512 GB for my PC and when I got home the PC wouldn't recognize it. After lots of digging around, I came to realize my mobo only had support for PCI Express M.2 SSDs, not SATA ones. No, the user manual was NOT straightforward, nor did it provide any hints on compatibility (or lack of it). So I gave it back and upgraded to a 2.5" 1TB EVO 850. At least I can't be surprised (in a bad way).
*three because there's PCI Express 2.0 support and PCI Express 3.0 support as well.
Most of the books were written before Disney bought Lucasfilm and they "were" canon at the time. Maybe shit has changed, I was never interested in the political footwork though so I couldn't care less.
Not if you cared to read the canon books. I, for one, would love to see an entire saga dedicated to the Yuuzhan Vong invasion and subsequent defeat. Now, THAT is an epic string of stories.
*raises hand* I'd like to join your congregation. Father of two, sole income-maker in my family, average sleep time is 6 hours a day. I work more than it's healthy, and that's because I have no choice. Still, many people think I'm younger than I actually am. I guess at some point I'll start aging really fast, like it's often seen in Asian people. This year they look like they're 25, next year they look like they're 50 and their actual age is 35-36.
Could you please point me to it? Last time I modded a phone was the HTC Desire S, about 3 years ago. I'm sure lots have changed since then and I'm willing to try this out, but I'm a newb and have no idea where to look.
That's not an "userbase". It's a bunch of angry ripped-off buyers. The maker of Tale of Tales has no userbase. The userbase, by definition, should continuously use the product, which obviously ain't the case here.
No company "hates" its userbase. The userbase is rather considered as some sort of nebulous thing which can be shaped however the company sees fit. Sometimes that boulder is soft and can be shaped however the company wants, either because it has huge inertia, (see Facebook) or because it's mesmerized by the company (see CIG), but sometimes it's so hard that the company breaks its teeth on it.
Agreed. I found that static positions (no matter which kind, standing, sitting, laid down) are harmful in the long end. What I did to alleviate the issue: - Got a wireless headset. During meetings, I walk around all the time, except when presenting something, of course. - Got wireless mouse and keyboard. I can now shift positions in my chair easily - Got used to above-mentioned position shifting. For example, I rotate my chair 180 degrees and lean forward on the back support, etc. - Developed conscious realization of my static position. I learned to pay attention to what my body tells me. Whenever I get those signals, I shift position.
I know about Disable function, it's a workaround but the issue remains, and that is: preinstalling an application that's not essential for my phone (e.g. phone is unusable without it), I don't need and didn't ask for, and which can't be uninstalled.

Let me simply explain Greek debt:
Longtime Windows user here: you're absolutely right on the Control Panel thing.

The bear minimum might be a bit too much, how about a wolf minimum? Fox minimum? How low could it go? Mouse minimum might be a wee bit too much.

It was Tiny Tim, I swear it by the Holy Bible!
Interestingly enough, saying two contradictory thing means that any one of them could be true. Or neither. Or both?
Damn, I'm confused.
All you need to do is insert page numbers and the firmware will do the rest.

Me. I blog about things which are most interesting... to me.

Yup. There's an extra "of" there, sorry about that.
How do you know the bull won't like it? Have you tried?

There is this corporate thing called theoretical fast.

Only if they congregate at Moulain.
Hmm, never considered that as a possibility. Good point!
