    I just tried it on my phone and it had trouble recognizing some of the printed numbers. So It did the sudoku puzzle without all of the clues. It gave a correct answer for what it recognized, but it placed the wrong numbers in the places that it had left out a clue so the back of the book answer was wrong. It found the correct answer on the second try but it still dropped a clue on that one also.

    No where does it say only tech news or only science news. It says news.

    Slashdot is focused on tech/science news, but that does not exclude other types of news. If you don't like the story don't read it.

    Right around the release of the 80gb models they removed all ps2 backward compatibility from the new PS3s. Mine was one of the first that didnt have any ps2 compatibility.

    Avoid FPS online games until your decent playing the campaign.

    This is one of the reasons that I hate FPS that have no campaign whatsoever.

    First off what does this have to do with cancer?

    Second off:

    Of the 1,272 participants who had never used marijuana, 26 or 2 percent were diagnosed with psychosis. Of the 322 people who had used marijuana for six or more years, 12 or 3.7 percent were diagnosed with the illness.

    The difference was only 1.7% thats not that big of a difference, and I wonder what the margin of error is.

    Mosey around the intertubz for a while. Slashdot has been keeping the discussion "reasonable" in comparison to some of the other forums out there. Seems to be quite a few people who would like nothing better then to send anyone even remotely involved straight to gitmo for some "enhanced questioning."
