Yes, but my understanding is Apple discussed it during the case. this opens it up regardless of the pretrial issues. And releasing the information outside the court should have no effect on the case. The jury should not be looking at press releases on these companies anyways.

Jus't because your people access/buy/sale things on a site; does not mean that you have the right to control that site. 3D in the theater is not just about selling overpriced tickets. We all have been reading about new 3D TVs and 3D bluray. What are we going to watch on all these new toys? Why all the great new 3D movies and 3D remakes. No media makes for poor sellers for new players.
