The simple fact is that the stock went up 80% over the last year with her in the hot seat. Make of it what you want, but some investors did very well. That's how the Wall Street Casino works. Now, if you want to tell me the CEO is just a figurehead like the president of the country or the Queen of England and has no effect, go right ahead. The only thing that would matter to me is that I missed out on that 80%. You shouldn't let your opinions cloud your analyses...

Now, unless the role of CEO is entirely ceremonial, to call her 'incapable' seems out of touch, don't you think? She is making money for her associates, and nothing else matters.
