um posibly not - there's much much more emphasis on education in India (Dr, Lawyer and engineer) - and I suspect that a break down of SV engineers from the subcontinent by caste and religion might be interesting reading.
And in India there are quotas/affirmative action for the Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Castes which is not the case in the USA and the UK.
Unfortunately I have had this tendency confirmed by my CCNA lecturer who also did training for the MOD - to much reliance on hierarchy in a lot of cases doesn't help when you get into the "well it depends" sort of answers - strange OSPF and STP behaviors being a couple of examples.

I remember commenting to my Boss after the end of the www project about how the it could save huge amounts of money in deployment.
Yes you need to checkout some of the sites for people working in COIN and small wars - the zetas are tame compared to the Templars think chaos cult from Warhammer and then some.
um the USA's grid right (rolls on floor laughing) - hint 1st word countries don't have brown outs in major cites in normal operation. I doubt the uk grid could handle say 50% of cars being put on charge each evening with out huge investment and flooding large parts of wales Scotland for stored hydro power.
Really hydrogen fuel cells have a lot of advantages - we have a network of petrol stations which could be converted - and at the levels of power required to recharge electric cars in a relatively quick time your going to have a lot more horrific accidents.
no but if you worked for a tool company and invented a new screwdriver they would own it.

There are studies in the UK the the cohort that performs the worst is lower class white kids ( who also have a distinct anti nerd bias)

and if a lot of houses put there cars on charge over night its going to do terrible things to the national grid.
And from my dim a distant mech eng technical course its much easier to cast (using Victorian era sand casting) a circle than a square shape..
Cant see the average tech company committing to a 4/5 year apprenticeship program.
Bell labs was funded by a Monopoly provider.
