    Are stupid. The smart ones are the ones you have never heard of. From several cops I know: most crooks talk themselves into jail. Their ego demands they brag about their "accomplishment" to someone and the word gets out.

    with Netscape over ten years ago and stuck with it. I didn't switch to IE at first because I didn't want to. Then it became an issue of; Gates didn't pay for my computer, or the electricity to run it, so where does he get the idea he has any say in the software on it. Then I found Linux, Konquerer was cool, then Mozilla. My current box is dual boot, XP and RH9. In windows I use Mozilla. The only time IE can be found is for update. No icons, no place on the start menu. I consider it a virus trap and treat it that way.

    Slam Fox, one source from the right verses how many from the other side? ABC, CBS, NBC, New York Times, Washington Post.........

    If one network scares you that much when it is such a minority, you couldn't handle something from the middle either. If any network went back to reporting the facts in their news and lableing commentary as that, I would probably have a heart attack.

    Watching the major networks in the US will give people the same viewpoint as Moore. Very left wing. Reading most large city papers wil cause the same. The media here is skewing the issues because of their bias. If you can find an objective report on anything, it's probably a mistake.

    If just the facts were reported, people might make their own judgements.

    Since this editorial movie contains few fact and many lies, it has to be classified as propaganda. The bias shown here make you correct that the word documentary should not be used in the same paragraph, much less as a description of the movie.

    He doesn't claim to support Kerry, he just hates Bush. This film will not help Kerry because he supports most of Bush's foriegn policy, and has waffled on the rest.

    Did you read the part about "worse service"? Clear channel stations have little local news, double the ads, and the worst playlists, af any radio group or privately owned stations.

    It seems that any industry that is allowed to "consolidate" from many to a few owners or companies has the same results: Higher Prices, Worse Service. Doesn't matter what group you are talking about the same thing happens.

    In the US or Australia, go to a sprint car race. There you will find 55 gal. barrels of methanol. Someone will sell you a quart or two. If the distributor is there he will sell gallons. Not har to find if you know where to look.

    O'Reilly is one of the few journalists to be close to objective in this country. He slams everyone that screws up and applauds those that earn it. Tonight he said unkind things about Bush and Kerry, like most nights.

    That's far from the first aircraft to have controlability issues during the test stage, thats why they test them. Then fix the problems and test again. Same way it's been done for a hundred years, with refinements. Calm down, it will get better.

    Insider trade shows are great. I went to PGA West in '96, you would not believe the swag. Even for Las Vegas it was big. I would like to go to Comdex, but will try to get to a Linux show instead.

    It is AOL's fault without a doubt. A substantial fine is in order, to the tune of $500 million+. All others will have real security in a week out of fear. If it causes in creased security it is a good thing. As for Smathers, he might get 5 years, but should not be allowed to touch a computer for 10 years after release. For most geeks that would be worse than prison time, and should be part of the penalty for all cyber crime.

    Accuracy to 20 feet of target is pin point with a 2200 LB shell. If you check around you will find an Iowa is more survivable than a Nimitz class Carrier. They do carry Tomahawk and harpoon missles in their final configuration, you don't have to get into gun range. The Armour is hard to penetrate, even for modern weapons. Nukes don't count, nothing survives them. An Iowa can take more hits and still function than anything ever built. If they would build a modern version, it would be nuclear powered, carry more missles, and have Aegis for defense.
