    The handset gets a received receipt via the network when a) the message is waiting to be received by the other handset and b) the message is delivered successfully. If your handset doesn't get the first receipt back immediately, the network received receipt, it gives you an error. You can frob a bit on most Nokias to show you all this, it's really handy.

    cclinux!! I loved that, it came with full root tarball and a compile script, it was -so- easy to chop bits out that you didne need and put your own stuff on there. I *really* wish i'd kept a copy.

    hehe, you got me. I'd be going out if there was anywhere to go but this bloody Uni is right out in the middle of nowhere, no local town to go to, no nearby city to club in. The 'getting laid' bit usually comes from my weekend trips to Sheffield to see my friends (and their friends :)

    I have three VAXen - mv3100, MV4000/200 and an 11/750 with TU81 and a few RAxx disks, an SGI Iris Indigo, a few Sun Sparcs and a PDP-11.

    In my Uni dorm room.

    And I get laid occasionally. I win!

    Why emulate? My VAX 11/750, MicroVAX 4000/200 and 3100m10 keep me warm at night :) However, I have a friend who runs SimH on his X-box under that new Mandrake thingymajiggah.

    Look at amsn.. Large list of languages supported in the menu systems etc, although not having tried it apart from in English mode I don't really help you that much. Worth a shot tho, it's the best MSN client out there...
