The quads are defiantly easier to fly. Even with all the gyros the genius has it takes a bit of skill/practice to fly right (luckily they are so light you can cut power at pretty much any height, crash, and it'll usually come out unscathed, depending on the surface it hits). Downsides to the quads is they aren't as good in the wind, bigger, and not as efficient.

I Found a nice video of a mini cp (also from walkera, very similar to the genius) setup with a mini camera http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtL2kqQhEfA&playnext=1&list=PL5DD8DBE964939570&feature=results_video

I fly a walkera genius (it's a tiny bit bigger http://www.helipal.com/walkera-hm-genius-cp-v2-helicopter-2-4ghz-value-edition.html ) and it handles the wind exceptionally. Wind i couldn't fly an rc plane in, the little chopper barely gets disturbed. I think it's due to being such a small surface area, plus those little motors have surprising amount of power. If any one wants to try this at home you can also buy 1 gram camera and transmitter modules http://www.fpvhobby.com/143-sub-nano-combo-set.html ; it'll only run for 8 minutes or so (not like the 30 this uk military one does) but the genius is fast and it's full 3d cyclic pitch (fly it upside down if you can handle it).

The problem is the manufacturing process isn't the very good yet, and the big rolls of e-ink they produce have lots of dead pixels in it; the manufactures then have to choose a small shape so they have less wastage (same reason oled tvs have taken so long to get here and are prohibitively expensive).

I'm not talking about YOU using googlebots, i'm talking about google using google bots to compete with your little crappy cnc bot. When you put robots into the equation and add enough time only the very rich survive, they will take over your little cnc router business faster than you can shoot down a good idea. They are going to want to make more and more money, and because everybody else is only getting poorer, the only way to do it is through taking over new businesses. Then eventually a rich person would be able to buy a part from your little shop, or get one from a Google CNC bot at a much higher precision, lower price and quicker delivery.

Replace a lot of menial labor with government bought robots, but still have businesses pay the human employees

Use the large pool of machine replaced people to help in the other sectors (companies can submit work of an easy enough level that average people can do it from home; like how nasa uploads images of mars for the public to go over (some courses could be used for the more complex jobs and smarter workers)).

Work on replacing the rest of the jobs, giving people more time off, and move humans into supervisor/creative type roles.

That is how touch screens on a desktop would be used (probably less than 15 minutes an hour though). No one but these stupid reporters (and maybe you) are suggesting that you only use the touch screen. Mouse and keyboard will still be there but occasionally you could use the touchscreen for something (for example your standing next to your desk and you want to change the music track; you could either grab the mouse locate the pointer move it to next and click, or just prod the screen). When apple does it then all the reporters will figure out how it should be used.
