Your post was good, but EA does please a lot of gamers with their sports titles. Calling them crappy is a bit of a blanket statement: for example, I hate Madden, but I can see the quality of it and can see why a sports gamer would like it. And the boxing games are fantastic. Also, I refuse to totally give up on the company that brought us EA Sports BIG last gen. I really miss that company, and I refuse to pay any new "next gen price" for any game.
I have similar concerns about evidence. If a piece of evidence is improperly obtained, it is thrown out. The problem is that it is _still evidence_ of the truth. We should be trying to determine the truth, and any and all evidence, no matter how it was obtained, should be considered. Having said that, I think that the act of improperly obtaining evidence should be tried as a crime itself. If evidence is obtained by police illegally, that evidence is still _real_ and should used, but the police involved should be tried for violating the law.
1. Police will abuse this in any and all ways possible because: 2. Police are never tried for or convicted of anything.
I was expecting a huge explosion of growth that chases the scientist out of the lab, grabs his ankle with a tentacle, drags him back into the lab to infect him and give him Akira-like telekinetic power and a thirst for world rule
I even torrented those shows so I could go back to them and pretend they were a new show. What really killed me was that the commentators assigned some kind of sexual reference to every move the contestants made.
"Frankly I suspect the only thing that will make MS's tablets work is if it fogets the home market and makes an aggressive pitch at the enterprise. It might succeed in that. There is also the segment of tables users who want a tablet with a full OS. Apple hasn't done it and a tablet running full Windows 8 with enough power to replace desktops could be attractive to a lot of people (assuming Windows 8 doesn't suck).
The Democrats know anything like this whether it's legislation or an Executive Order is going to simply give Republicans another club to beat them with, yet they still introduce these ridiculous, hard to read piece of shit edicts that piss everyone off. Anything that you need a logical brain to understand or more than 5 syllabels to explain won't be read, will be intentionally overblown in the press and will automatically be a commie plot of some kind. And the idiot masses will lap it up.
Probably because the people who gave us "the warning" also told us that he's a secret muslim, a communist, going to put gramma on a death panel, etc. and should be ignored, completely.
You contradict yourself in saying that it's unamerican and unpatriotic to contradict the framers, and then follow that up by saying the people are the final word on constitutionality of a law. Which is it? The correct answer is that SCOTUS is the final word on constitutionality until we change it. And that's an American process, and a Patriotic one. On Zimmerman, you put words into my mouth. I never said he was wrong to shoot even though I believe he was. It's simple to seperate legal stuff vs. opinion on the Zimmerman case. If the law were applied to the case, he wouldn't even be in a position to be innocent until proven guilty, he'd just be a guy who killed an unarmed teen and is not even tried because of what he told police. Fortunately, his actions prevented application of that law, and he's now going to be tried as it should be, in COURT with EVIDENCE.
1. If a law limits or bans guns and isn't found to be constitutional, then it's constitutional. No need to get into specifics, we're talking about people's right to pursue legislation, not specifics about what could or couldn't be constitutional. People have a right to find that the framers were wrong, as we have a process to address that possibility and change the constitution. It's American, and the way it's supposed to be done. 2. I don't know where in my post is said anything about lynching Zimmerman. My statement about my feelings on the law stands. I'd be happy to answer a relevant question to what I posted. Based on that law, he wasn't even arrrested. He had too much leeway to kill and too much. Luckily, he was arrested and a proper presentation of evidence can take place.
"You are free to make yourself a helpless victim. You are NOT free to force others to become helpless victims simply to placate your own irrational fears, your own perceived inadequacies, and/or lack of courage and character." This kind of rhetoric makes me sick. It's not cowardly or unamerican for someone to pursue legal means to ban guns, from laws at every level up to and including a constitutional amendment if they don't agree with it. If its done through legal means, it's as american as following the current constitution, and as american as owning guns.
I personally don't mind gun ownership, but laws like "Stand Your Ground" give people like Zimmerman too much leeway to kill 'suspicious' people based on those very irrational fears and inadequacies you speak of.
The "Amazon experience" wasn't so bad for the Kindle fire. My issue was the restrictions placed on the device (movie formats, video players which could help alleviate that). I wiped it and installed CM7 within about two days of getting it - but it wasn't branding that bothered me, it was the closedness of it. I'd never make a good Apple customer.
It's just a funny visual that Joe Sxpack is browsing some fine gash on farms3x.com and sees a convenient link to yahoo and just decides to log into it without a care in the world.
To people objectively looking at consoles, a rehash could very well be one of many retreads of an old gaming franchise to which very little of note has been added. Mario is a prime example. Call of Duty is definitely one in my opinion but at least the set pieces are different, and there is multiplayer - Ninterndo can't even manage that.
It really doesn't matter. New kids are born, parents will buy Nintendo consoles, augmented by true Nintendo adult fans - and Nintendo will make money and never truly up their game until they learn a lesson in the marketplace.

Link to proof of your claim is needed here - the service quite regularly and quickly removed infringing content.

I'd mod you up if I could.

40-50 hours was never short.

I needed help removing the death paneling from by basement.

YES! I loved that movie.

There are plenty of CM7 and CM9 roms available - the device can be wiped completely with sweet sweet CM goodness.

I'm easily amused.
Feels great being one of the few who actually used igoogle. occasionally.
I am happy to pay more for an American-made product if it gives me the features I want.

Yes he's a huge artist selling millions of copies.
Stop speaking about what you know nothing about.
Appliance design was done on the same platforms, until parametric design took over.

" It always fascinates me how people dismiss any game/system they don't like as being for younger audiences."
No, that criticism is for Nintendo products, and it's true.
