They cost more upfront & most people don't think past the now.
For web based services imo, more people choose "month-to-month" versus a yearly package. Even though yearly is much cheaper & the retention is over 12 months.
1) It doesn't matter if it has the "range of a regular gasoline car". Because you would have to drive like 500 miles to find a hydrogen refilling station!
2) Hydrogen is expensive... at least as much as gasoline in most of the US.
The internet runs on advertising (youtube, google, gmail, twitter, facebook, etc...) and 3rd cookies are a HUGE part of tracking profitability for all online advertisers.
If you're buying ad's and cannot track your ROI your SCREWED. Thus companies can't pay for their servers, programmers it snowballs the entire web.
You want a free & open internet? Remove you ad blocker & help pay for the services you use for free.
Concerned about your privacy with ads? Wait till everyone starts "pay-walling" their websites (eg WSJ, NYT etc) and you have to shell out cash AND give up your credit card.
Moving your piece in Chess to prevent an attack on weak squares is more important then your response to an attack.

Every app developer purchases traffic via banners / text links to promote their app. Without this campaign data being passed along there is no way to tell the conversion ratios!
Very very serious
It was Adam Savage (Mythbusters) who sent it. He is a widely know collector & creator of movie prop's & he sent this for fun. It took me about 3 minutes to figure this out so I'm kinda surprised nobody connected the dots.
You might have pre-conceived notions of why FB / XYZ / ZZY is bad for you or your company. But the reality of the situation is that if you do "good" then you will be rewarded in the social world. However, if you are a shady MF as a company expect to be called out!
Any developer / web designer will tell you that Internet Explorer is the bane of their design existence. I've seen whole projects stale for days because of bugs / "features" in IE.
Fragmentation is never good though. For example, now with gradient backgrounds you have to have declarations for Webkit, Mozilla, IE & even Opera. It's absolutely insanely wasteful of developer time, client bandwidth & contributes nothing but headaches imo.
I disagree with this website & they didn't "uncover" anything these people used their real names. While I'm against racism personally, people need to understand that tolerance works both ways. You can't on one hand say people should respect your views & then on the other not at least respect theirs.
If a new hire has a degree or certification.... "We won't hold that against you.". You can't pick the majority of skills via any courses or degree's its basically trial by fire. Expect not to know stuft, always be humble & don't be afraid to ask for help.
IE is popular because it's per-installed with windows & people are lazy.
Chrome is popular because it's pushed on every Google site. Plus everyone wants a bit of that Google magic on their computer to no?
Firefox market share is increasing because it's advertised on.... & pre-installed on....... lol you get the point.
Blaming any feature itself for firefox's decreasing market share is simply just a lazy mental model, mixed with a bit of he-said, she-said & anyone but me is to blame.
Idiots, those over payed executives surely do not have expendable income to spend on fucking & gambling! This is the best idea I've ever heard come out of rim so far.
Does it ever work out well for the whistle blower? Document your concerns then move on... it's better then being unemployed.

I don't want a ticket when I text & drive.. but I'm gonna sue that MF who hit me while text'in.
I don't want to complain.. but I've got nothing better to do.
