    That's kind of the whole point of Strava. One of the primary features is the ability to compete with others over designated segments. It allows you to see who has run that stretch of road or trail the fastest. Of course, users are free to omit themselves from this and hide their data. Whether that excludes them from anonymous heat maps is unclear.

    I would say that the shitstorm was actually created by the individual that leaked the memo to the press. Of course, we never heard anything about that individual or whether they were reprimanded.

    These are measured in inches so there's no "vanity sizing."

    There can actually be quite a bit of difference depending on the cut and brand. However, I have found a size that, as long as it is a loose fit cut (anything else feels like skinny jeans), will work regardless of the minor variations. That's why belts exist.

    Not nearly as bad as a place like St. Louis, which had 6 dead and 15 injured over the same weekend. While that may appear to be smaller numbers, St. Louis has 1/10th the population of Chicago.

  13. Pretty sure I've been in a car with manual windows (and manual transmission, even!) in the last year.

    I've been driving one for the past 4 years! It's an 11 year old pickup truck, but even newer Jeep Wranglers don't have power windows standard.

    Just updated my Win10 work laptop. After it restarted none of the menus or mouse over text would display. Had to restart it as administrator.

    Except his tax dollars are paying for his access to said track. Typically, people out joyriding are not doing so in rush hour traffic, but rather on lightly traveled roads where they are less likely to deal with the people that should be forced to self-driving cars.

    No, it was not on Facebook. I would agree with you on using separate devices, browsers, etc for the different identities. Facebook is likely rummaging through her cookies and found the other email, which was also found on the devices of her clients.

    I have a 10 year old 46" LCD that survived a flood (bottom 6-8 inches was submerged for 2 days). Dried it out and cleaned it off. You can't even tell.

    When the POTUS is calling on NFL owners to fire these players, one can understandable interpret that as government persecution. The owners seem to have no intention of disciplining players for this so Trump should STFU.

    For browsing, yes. However, they did make sure that uploading a photo fails every time.

    He isn't promoting discrimination against women or any other group. He is stating that a goal of 50% female engineers doesn't seem reasonable based on these proclivities.

    I had a Samsung Yepp with 256MB of memory and ran off a single AAA battery. It was about 2 hours of music and 4 hours of battery life. No shuffle function. I didn't like taking the time to update the songs, so I spent several years listening to the same songs, in the same order for several years. To this day, every time I hear one of those songs I immediately start singing the next in the playlist in my head after it ends.
