Both my 2009 Macbook and 2010 Mac Mini have graphical glitches since "updating". Dragging icons to different windows causes static to appear for a split second over the destination window. Strangely enough the Macbook has an NVidia card whilst the Mini has an integrated Intel one.

Actually, if the post is asserting that teachers should be trained more as teachers before they can become teachers, then that is the wrong conclusion.
The school in which I work at as an IT tech demonstrates this well. The ICT teachers are fine with the basic theory they teach year round, but as soon as they are asked a question outside of their 'comfort zone' they are utterly clueless.
It's quite amusing to replace their Windows machine with a Linux one.
No the funny part will be the text underneath your photo that will read "Can't get enough of that Starbucks cappuccino!", and the cappuccino mustache Photoshop'ed onto your lip.
