I used to work for an environmental engineering company, where one of my co-workers had a clipping from a 1960's Popular Mechanics article suggesting the the best way to dispose of used motor oil was to pour it into a hole in the ground. I'm not sure if it was up there to show the difference in how we view things over time, or to give clients ideas so as to drum up more business, but either way I found it amusing.
I haven't read the article, but from the description the site in question is hosted in Canada, and it's the connection to the hosting company that's being cut. Which would be entirely in "Business 1" in your system.
The thing is though, our society doesn't provide enough streaming. If we were to split our high schools based on university preparatory schools vs. trade preparatory schools vs. others, we would have a chance to provide a better education for each group. By trying to force the same education on everyone we're failing everyone.
I know that when I was in a public school there were several students in the class being held back significantly by the slower students in the group. And there were many students at the verge of failing because they really shouldn't have been in that class.
At the private school I attended later, there was a significant difference in the minimum level of student accepted. The classes were geared at a higher level, the students progressed through the material faster, and there was more opportunity to go beyond the minimum curriculum mandated by the government.
As far as teachers go, I know the teachers at private schools get paid less, but generally they're happier working there than in the public system. They get students who want to succeed, parents who take an active interest, and less bureaucracy to wade through.
Jumping the shark doesn't imply that it's dead, just that it's passed its peak. There's been a significant amount of protest recently over changes they've made, and they're starting to alienate the early adopters, etc. Suggesting that the site may be slowing down.
But if the newspaper is using NAT then they wouldn't know who at the newspaper was guilty, they'd need to examine each computer and see which has the necessary files.
I don't know, I think the application is mainstream enough. It's one of the applications that's keeping my parents on windows, if they do port it well I may have to reconsider pushing them into the 21st century.

Cash? I don't trust the government, I use the barter system.
FYI verizon doesn't operate in Canada, and therefore wouldn't be a good target for Macleans (A Canadian magazine). Although, it would be interesting if they'd pulled up Ted Roger's cell usage.
Unless I'm mistaken the claim isn't that 10% of government workers have blackberries, but that 10% of blackberries are used by government workers. Significantly different.
You're lucky! My mother flipped when she found out I'd exposed my... "ports" on the internet.
Wow... You've done what I thought was impossible. You've made Canadian cable providers seem generous and fair.

Wait... I'm fairly sure Tucows is Canadian, I wonder if they can get a Canadian company to enforce an american court order against a british company.
I think you're using hot in a different way. Putting her in the oven doesn't count.
But think about the possibilities; sveasoft for the segway!
Well, in that case I say we start nabbing the mexican grannies and the hippies too. Sounds fair to me. ;)

Why do I keep getting the image of a toaster walking around saying "I pwn'd your ass!"?
And, I for one welcome our inanimate overlords.

Damnit! I allways suspected them. The Aibo's should have been a dead giveaway!

Spanish or Portuguese? I don't see how those are "American" languages. Navajo is an American language.
Actually, FYI: movies are 24 fps, European (PAL) tv is 25 fps, and North American (NTSC) is 30 fps.
But look at this one specific example! It scientifically proves that Jaba is 300x slower than teh C++!!1!
- You did ask for it after all.
This brings about an interesting question. How large are the drunk tanks in Florida? :)
A "few" inches? I think you're giving his wang too much credit.
