    The trick of the matter is that there are genuine botnets taking part (and when I say that, I mean probably doing most of the DDoSing) so identifying and suing all DDoSers would end up with them having more compaints than ACS:Law ever did

    I think, if i was an ISP in that scenario, I would give them the details for IFPI/MAFIAA employees (or whatever other anti-piracy organistations reside in france) and see the ensuing chaos. They get details, Im not fined

    Complete bullshit, WWII was a consequence of Hitler's actions.The US wasnt even involved in the war until 2 years in. This is a classic example of americanism - believing the world rotates solely around the US.

    Possibly not in India? Regardless, with media moguls backing them, the Indian government is unlikely to be willing to investigate claims as from what I understand, bollywood films are a booming industry in India.

    I couldnt run any unauthorized software so instead learned to use rasdial directly from shortcuts to connect to a VPN. Admittedly it took me a couple of years before I thought 'hey, I wonder how I can connect to a VPN from the command line' (and then a few weeks to find the rasdial command) but it is evidence that censorship will always produce innovation.

    From what I can tell its upto 1mb/s for the AP, so it is split by everyone connected, so there is little chance anyone would get 768kbps

    .. 4chan didnt get this first - imagine the chaos they would cause (if you've seen any of the screen captures of the dox pulled on porn stars, middle aged masturbating men on chatroulette and so on - just imagine the evidence posted on a person's wall and then the amount of bans handed out to those with pornographic content)

    .. I dont care whether the results are biased or not, as long as i find what i want. In fact, this is likely the view of any person not in the search engine market so for an attorney general who is meant to serve their state (the state being populated and controlled by those people), shows corruption at some part of the process

    An EEG doesnt read facial expressions, it is input with brain activity which the program then translates into emotions. The face expressions were just an exaggeration so it would look good on camera.
