Wasn't there a sorta subdued outrage not too long ago about Microsoft keeping track. And didn't some people jump down GOogle's throat for logging peoples locations using android also?
The only places where this has worked are Nordic countries, my guess is because of their cultures. It seems everywhere else that has tried to institute these types of laws are having crisis with budgets/destroying their economies
Well, don't know what to say about him. But, I can tell you from first hand experience that the islands are disappearing. So, I didn't even bother with the link. If it's raining outside and some posts a link saying otherwise even though you can see it right in your face.... I don't think you would give them much credit either.
And to add on, the Maldives is seriously suffering from rising oceans. The whole populace is in negotiations to purchase land from Australia for it's citizens to move to.... And it's not at risk? Population growth or not, it doesn't dismissed the problem. People will return to there Homes o matter what for the most part.
You haven't been to South-east asia have you... Apple resellers are just about everywhere Its hard to find someone who doesn't have an iPhone and its common for someone to own an iPad. elderly cleaning ladies own iPhones here.
Even so, they still pay less taxes than people in the US... When was the last time the US government gave anything to it's people? Yet the US has a higher tax rate than most countries, even countries where everything is provided.
Not denying that some buy Apple as a status thing, but this is far from the majority.
Some do it out of Microsoft hate and they find Linux complicated. Some do it out of brand loyality(still sort idiotic but its not out of fashion.)
I also personally like OSX because it is basically Unix and it has all the software I need released on it already. And in all honesty, the price isn't that much different if you compare everything and not just the processor and hard-drive size.
Just wait, the Chinese will be creating "bootleg" versions of the current IPad on Mars before the US can even get a good moon colony started... at least that is the way it is seeming now
To help with their damaged PR due mainly to the media. Its why they ignored it so long until the media drums became too loud, because, its a non-issue.
Seems like everyone I know owns an iphone 4, living in places from Singapore to remote locations in Arkansas, and no-one has any issue with the antenna.
Just because you have the right of way doesn't mean you should take it. Common sense and consideration for other people should at least play some part.
And that's how language grows and evolves... Do you speak the same English that was spoken 100 year ago? Who actually penned the grammatical rules for English anyway?
The point of language is to understand and be understood.
You would be wrong, the fact remains is that tons of people are pumping money into farmville. Even tho their user base is much smaller, they are still spending huge amounts to "collect" virtual items. And much of this is far from cheap considering it cost Zynga almost nothing.
This will cut down on some of the free ipad advertisements.... Just maybe.... Things seem to make up almost 70% of webspam.

Well, to prove your points, if they are so easy. We all know Steve Jobs carries around an iPhone, get his data and lets see where he has been.
Oh they couldv'e had other customers, if they had pushed hard enough.
depends on your country

Cannot help but feel that this is actually worse. Keep thinking "one password to rule them all"

For note, the iPad had 256mb of RAM and the iPad 2 is has 512mb. The same as the iPhone 4
or until a group of companies sue aka government sues and has Apple broken up.

I might get myself tarred and feathered for it... but yeh, its better than bacon, vegetarian bacon is some of the best stuff on earth cooked/uncooked
People were saying the same thing about Apple and the PowerPC.
Don't buy a smart phone? I think they are SERIOUSLY hurting themselves here in the long run.

The fact that they won says there was evidence to suggest otherwise.

Then you must really hate Oracle

But, Zynga only partnered with the US wing of 7-eleven. Infact, you had to have a US ip address to even redeem the codes.
