I'm currently living with four (4) girls (three daughters, wife) all of which are able to speak in riddles and conundrums that they themselves understand, while leaving me completely at a loss of any valuable information.
Interestingly enough, this Girlspeak language transcends cultural boundaries! It is simply amazing how two girls can communicate without actually knowing the native tongue of the other.
The fact is, I've spent half a lifetime trying to understand girlspeak without much progress.
If you did it (whispered quietly) to intentionally inflict emotional distress, then yes. Please note, this is extremely hard to prove, unless your office mates are tattle tales, and you're known as the office jerk.:-D
People in Europe aren't as happy as you think they are. Additionally, there is a huge anti-american inferiority complex in much of Europe as they still resent the US coming over and kicking butt in two major wars in the last century. That hangover still exists.
Also, I'd like to compare the happiness of people in say NY or LA compared to those living in Cheyenne or Idaho Falls.
The problem with government and large government is that it tends to feed itself upon the hard work of the populace, while not actually doing anything, claiming all the "good stuff" (we created 100k jobs last year....) while denying any of the bad stuff.
Hence the "Crisis" crisis (tm). Everything is a "crisis".
Do I need to go on??? Every Crisis listed above (and all the others) somehow cry for government involvement as if government has solved any crisis.
And all the reasonable solutions tend to be dismissed by those who are crying CRISIS!!!!! at every turn.

DO NOT get a SATA card, unless you're putting it on a very fast (high speed) bus. A regular PCI bus is too slow.
I've found that MOBO's with SATA Raid on board are better performing and cheaper than separate MOBO and PCIe SATA Raid, but there are features on the PCIe SATA RAID controllers that many people might want.
ASUS makes a couple of MOBOs with SATA RAID, that I've found very good. I really like the NVIDIA SATA RAID setup on this board. Though you may be able to find a similar board cheaper somewhere else.
