Prepare for lots of it!
First, a question. You're dropping a lot of money on a fat pipe, why are you considering consumer grade hardware? (Unless you're talking about 100Mbps divided by the entire apartment complex, which means you could be fighting that kid down the hall with a Usenet account for a shred of 1Mbps.)
Really? What does "Claim to Statehood" actually mean to you when your house is now floating in the middle of Nowhere, Pacific Ocean. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the commute to work just got more entertaining...
Unlikely that having a black roof actually helps out your house at all. Anecdotal evidence, having a black car in the winter never made it any easier to start, and the cab was never any warmer. However, having a black car in the summer? Much hotter in the cab.
Also, aren't you neglecting snow as a factor? That tends to be pretty white anyway, and that naturally happens.
My anecdotal evidence concurs. Working overnights fueled my divorce, furiously. I gained weight, more than I ever had before, even at my laziest. It wasn't worth doubling my income, not at all. It was a foolish move by a kid that didn't see past the dollar signs.
Never again. Of course, I'm changing industries from Network Administration to Lab Science, should finish my coursework in about 2 more years, so I'll never have to worry about it again.
Your sig is related to the topic at hand! Except it should have something about it being dimly lit by a monitor, where you're likely to be eaten by a Guru.
Yikes. You know you're from the Internet, when you're hesitant to even Google that, to see if someone's being a wise-ass and recommending something sick or not...
I like a phone I can use with one hand easily. This whole post was typed with my right hand only, on my iPhone 4.
I'm sure she can do it. It'll be a piece of cake. 102,000 pieces.
That would've freed up a lot of the load on AT&T. However, it would've made the iPhone a lot more expensive per unit... hmm. Where's the downside?
And all the for-profit schools raise their fists in the air and scream: "KKHAAANNNN!!!"

I for one welcome our new Mars-hardened bacterial overlords.

They've simply updated their motto: "Die! Die! DIE!"
Yo dawg, we heard you hate news about spam, so we put spam in your news so you can hate while you hate.

Yes, this. Zelda is a platform-maker, easily one of the most recognizable video game characters along with Mario and Sonic.

Sounds like my ex-wife!
Need. Mod points. +1 Funny.
What? How will Repulsion Gel help us clean up Japan? It hardly worked at ALL for Aperture Labs.
How do you steal moon rock? I hear it's a great conductor for making Portals, though.
More like Dead on Arrival then?
I for one welcome our new law-signing robotic overlords.
... I'm... I'm sorry.
That puts him more on the Rhinoceros category then, right?
That's forward thinking right there! Why beat the competition if you can pay them a pittance to fail outright early in life?
