    What I can see, if this goes thru is a 'market survey' conducted by the RIAA saying that the average person spends 40 dollars a month on CD's so charging 30 dollars a month for Napster is a steal.

    I just don't see the RIAA undermining the CD selling business by doing a $1,$5, or even $10 per month unlimited deal.

    It will be either 19.95/month unlimited or 9.95/month/10 songs.

    OR It will start out as a low low price that gradually increases due to "expenses".

    The best story I can tell ya is that our dept got flex time. Core hours 11a-3p. So you could come in at 6 and leave at 3. Get all your hours in. That lasted 6 months.....management didn't think we were productive enough and said a) core is 11a-4p b) We ( employees) were not doing flex time right....we were supposed to stick to 8a-5p and 'occassionally' ( monthly) come in at 7a or 6a or 11a. Total bullshit of course. Has productivity increased?????

    If you've been to his site you'd know that he has stated that after installment 8 any further issues would be free of charge thus capping the price at around 13 bucks. I think the impression was that this was gona be a really short story and buck an episode would be not that bad.

    In my world payment for services comes in many different forms. Just because some althete can't go down to the BeerBarn and get a keg for the weekend screwfest doesn't mean he isn't being paid. Ask an athlete how much debt he's in after 7 years of college ( just to get a B.S.), oh but that doesn't matter because he wasn't able to wear Tommy Hilfiger to the Spring Fling his senior year. Cut me a break.
