Point is, had computers of the 80's had the speed of computers today, the graphics would be at realtime speed.

So why the slowdown? Its simply because as computer technology provided more speed and resources the developers find ways of using it up and sometimes even giving the users less than they had before...sooooo

This graphics speed up is either a de-bloating of Windows of the resources are being taken from elsewhere.
How many hours does it take to load that lightening fast graphics based game?

    .... closer!!!

There are some things you cannot patent: Physical Phenomenon, Natural Law, Abstract ideas. And of these also mathematical algorithms.
All these are what software is of and then there is the identified physics of abstraction: http://abstractionphysics.net/pmwiki/index.php
It even inspired a known movie trilogy "The Matrix" http://threeseas.net/vicprint/VIC-basic.html only you can't kill off the crew or ship in real life and of course Smith loses because he has no choice but to realize he being the second of three agents of Input, Processing and Output, ..... is himself made up of the ship and crew. Interesting how the Oracle and Morpheus were the only survivors from the original considering what the represent in the world of abstraction. Simply put, it is we who create our world of abstractions that constrain what the users of that world can do..... out of all that is possible. see concept #3 http://threeseas.net/vicprint/vic-concepts.html

The point is: Software Patents are acts of fraud. And maybe that is a hard thing for the courts to accept, considering it was one of their's who started this mess of software patents in the U.S. In some back alley courtroom decision.

This is about Banking and about getting everyone on the same abusive and controlling banking system.

Money is an abstract representation of value and honestly only intended to ease trade... but its instead become a produce in and of itself in order to manipulate and control economies around the world (yet disconnected from the real value it is supposed to represent). So any country resisting this with their own economic system is a threat to the banksters and their church and government cohorts. There is a belief that if a bill passes and becomes law that all the people of a country have agreed to it. Even if they don't know about it, such as spraying populations with things the people would not agree with... as had happened in California when teh people protested and stopped it (not to mention current chem trail spraying of supposed weather modification efforts).

The spraying of a population by land vehicle of air born vehicles with toxins in warfare experimentation is well establish knowledge of happening in the US and Europe and probably Russia too.. But the point here is forbidding the library of congress to continue with whatever level of government transparency they can regardless of any future system and what should instead be a transition, rather than a shut down.
