The Black Hole was actually a pretty dark film so my guess at why it failed at the time was that it really wasn't good for kids. I watched it recently and it stands up reasonably well. I watched the first three Star Wars films fairly recently and guess what? They stood up reasonably well - with the emphasis on reasonably!

That is indeed a great documentary. I have watched it twice already and no doubt will be watching it again soon.
Going Postal was not great but it was a decent effort and quite watchable. And I'm really picky about that kind of thing.
