My experience. Federal: Generally helpful and courteous but they did make a mistake with a payment plan I arranged with them recently. NY State: pure evil gouging bastards.
I think this is changing though. Younger kids may still want the non-interactive experience of watching a film whether once or more often, but I think as they get older they turn more and more to games on portable devices, YouTube videos about games, tutorials etc. At least that has been my experience.
The problem is they are all loaded with corn syrup. I used to like a variety of sodas - I still do, but increasingly I find the sweetness overwhelming.
