i don't give a fuck about bloggers, or blogging. i especially don't give a fuck about bloggers who are paid to get all happy about product x, or service y. it reeks of marketing and fraud. people who do and promote this are cut from the same cloth as spammers and incentive based marketing types. anybody with me here?

bands that make 1 "good" (radio friendly) song and fill the rest of the album with crap simply aren't worth my time. i just don't listen to shit like that. i listen to artists that make good *albums*, meaning artists that have the ability and talent to not only create a single great song, but several.
i don't care about the feel good hit of the summer that will be forgotten by november. i care about the actual decent music i'll listen to 10 years from now and still enjoy.

there's more community going on in a colony of retarded ants than on youtube. if anything, from cell phone videos of high school girls beating each other up to brazillian celebporn, youtube is a demonstration of how much true community has deteriorated since the advent of the internet. many would disagree, but i think that sites like myspace and youtube are doing more to regress society than to advance it, on the whole.
maybe if your kid's iq is near room temperature. my 5 year old would figure this out before long, and probably yours too. children act dumb sometimes, but they're pretty smart.
