Sure in the past most art was comissioned by wealthy patrons. But today we have a middle class. People can afford to dabble in their art after hours, working a 'regular' job to make ends meet.

When I got hired in 1996 the company had recently moved to corporate casual. I remember "not wearing a suit and/or tie" was an important thing for me. I still work there and I STILL don't own a suit!
The sales guys obviously still dress up, as does higher management...but it's corporate casual at all the sites I've been to. Doc Martins, Cheap Old-Navy Khakis and a nice shirt...button down or 'polo' is perfectly acceptable.

Bush wants this, because the curent wiretap rules allow him to spy for days before getting the warrant. The only reason I can think of for Bush not using this system is that he doesn't want anyone finding out that he is spying on people who are not a threat.

Which party had it's leader claim the right to wiretap anybody with no paper trail or warrant? Despite having the ability to tap for days without the document? All because (ostensibly) they didn't want a trail of who was being spied on?
