    your TV is RGB so the theoretical colorspace issue is moot. with a good set of cable and a quality player and tv, it is impossible to distinguish between the two without resorting to image analysis software.

    It is impossible with know tech, but you can't be sure that some unknown tech will not exist at some point. Therefore it is still safer to destroy the disk.

    Why:
    She does an exceptionally good job, she seems to know and understand what is happening in every branch of government and here prediction are always on spot. We would be better served by a benevolent dictator like her than our current bunch of buffoons in Parliament.
