Just this year, I have been hit by 3 bad updates from Windows update. I only remember one bad update from the pre Nadella era. Keep this up and I will remove all MS software from my DC and users desktops as I don't have time to fight your spying and bad updates.

As long as you are in dreamland, how much money did you voluntarily give to genuine charitable causes last year, as I am certain your next argument is that he is a victim of the "income gap" as well.
My thoughts exactly. Maybe he shouldn't have robbed the store. Maybe he shouldn't have charged the cop. Maybe the parents raised him to be the victim. We all make choices that, in hindsight are pretty stupid. Charging and armed cop after you just robbed a convenience store rates right up there with stupid decisions. I can' say definitely, but looked to me like the "child" (he was over 18, so he legally is not a child) was much bigger than the officer. I can't say this is fact, but from what I read and saw last night, the thug got what was coming to him. I don't charge folks when I am angry, and I am a big guy. That said, you do the same thing to me, and one of us will go down. None of those choices listed above are dependent on skin color.

It is only journalism when you report both sides,anything less is biased or propaganda. Wikileaks is not posting both sides, but only information collected by the US. Where are the reports on what the Taliban do to innocents in the name of their unholy war?

1.2B is way too much for what they could have gotten at a fire sale in bankruptcy court. I am not happy as an HP shareholder. That said, mobile devices are overpriced, so maybe that is the idea, an open device for a real life price without carrier lock in.
Personally, I think the key here is what the "artist" thinks his "art" is worth, and what the consuming public thinks it is worth are two totally different things. Make a DVD of a decent movie and sell it to me at twice the cost of a rental, and I am more than happy to buy it, Sell garbage that is entertaining only once, if at all, and I will stick to Redbox. The same goes for music. There is a reason Apple is making money at the price of iTunes, They have the right price point. In the end, the "artist" will get sick of being screwed by the media giant who only pimp them out at their convenience, and realize that self promotion is the only realistic promotion.
