    1. If you requalify yourself into solutions builder, you can most of the time compete with foreign workforce due to communications quality.
    2. In general it is bad business to be an employee, as your fixed wage is seen as cost to the business and not an investment, and is something to be reduced and an opportune moment.
    3. Staying flexible, with an eye open to doing things your own way is always better.

Smart and flexible people and thats coders always made more money. Larger corporations typically pay well, but first ones to ditch the expensive workforce, because of size of percieved savings. So don't be loyal to IBM, Oracle or Intel. Smaller companies may be better about it, but still business is a business. You must give business something in return for money. ie. be useful to the bottom line.

Unfortunately companies don't practice profit sharing, so it is tough to asess the importance of your work, to the company in terms of your results and output from them in terms of cash. And there is no better way to motivate people then condition them that they will get paid more if they work harder.

after gold standard was lifted, the whole world economics became unhinged and perverted. There are no base rules, but some ideas why it works like it does. It seems cheaper currency makes for good investment into a country ... but if currency is cheap and there is a default coming onto a country's bank, then it will be cheaper even. So it is investing into a country when things are about to be 10x cheaper then 10-20% cheaper.
Money doesn't like to stand around, so fact of deficit doesn't mean end to all things, perhaps a reshuffle of the old ones. Bad ideas get sifted out, new ones take hold for the benefit of most people. That given, there might be short term poverty...
As in Russia when there was a bank default, investments just flooded the country, and now there are jobs and prosperity, relative to what it was. And people are far better off then they were before.

Given we do take carbon source from the plant, which reabsorb it, picture often is quite a bit more complex then a loop of carbon described in our grade school geography class (at there where we were taught that). Anyhow, I thought the idea would be to go completely electric and have control over CO2 emissions at places of control, and degrade necessity on cabon fuels over time in favour of non-carbon energy sources, wind, solar and nearterm nuclear.(however it is hard to build quality nuclear stations fast, though I might be wrong).

I am not against going to ethanol, at least it will alleviate some pollution in the downtown core of my home city. We are still suffering from soot pollution of many coal powered stations that still give much of electricity to our region.

So to round it up, isn't there a deception going on war against greenhouse gasses vs pollution. Mass media as usual seems to be confusing the public, rolling with what the white house has preached.
