They obviously pushed their IP to the Irish subsidiary's specifically to avoid the IRS. And they got caught. Sure, they will settle, but they WILL pay in this post-Enron world.
Those aftermarket chips are so popular - Audi had to have been clued in. I remember reading an article about the 1.8T - that Audio just made the changes to their chip that the aftermarket chip had made - getting a 10-20 HP boost for basically nothing.
Of brokering of greenhouse gas credits among the "polluters". Remember, that is what the Europeans are doing and I'm sure "realclimate.org" folks are all over that.
But... please. If you think for ONE f'in minute that is going to get the Chinese and Indians in line, you are sadly mistaken. Your "political pressures" mean ZERO to them.
The patent office threw out NTP's patent claims, albeit too late in the trial to make a difference. Or do you think this was some kind of retaliation for Canada's dumping of wood on the market which even the WTO ruled illegal? ROFLMAO!!!

December is more like it. There is even rumour of a speed bump in the current powermac's. With no Adobe UB, Apple is in no rush with the powermac line.
iTunes lets you create these things called PLAYLISTS and you can actually drag and drop... (for you that means click on your mouse and hold it while dragging the icon). It's amazing. You should try it when your mommy lets you use the computer after grade school this afternoon.
i.e. the UDB fiasco. Now we ditched the Oracle on Solaris/HP and use Linux so we get the best of both worlds... open source on the OS and a reliable database for mission critical apps.
"my belief that my Doctor (undercompensated by my insurance provider) is possibly pushing name-brand drugs instead of their generic counterparts to recoup some of that cost in kick-backs."
You know you can request to the Pharmacist to replace a brand name with a generic? Sheesh...
What are you talking about? I admin'd a 3.1x site in the early 90's that had Applications running in Netware - MSoft apps, Groupwise (Novell's groupware), and a Dbase database.
They were crushed by Microsoft. End of story. They should of ditched their proprietary Netware long ago - they even resisted supporting TCP/IP for the longest time! How forward thinking was that??
No. Weak is the JBL On Stage which, along with sounding like a GE Super Radio, version 1 was a complete piece of crap which shorted out and caused numerous complaints... or maybe the Bose Sound Dock which for $300 you get another piece of crap sounding iPod speaker system.... or of course there is iHome... which again sounds as good as a $30 GE Super Radio but sells for $100.
Apple knows exactly what its getting into. Not too hard to trump the competition here.
In a seperate article in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, they talked with the rep from the Carnegie Museum of Natural History who was part of the team that made the discovery. It was not solely Chinese. It was funded by the Carnegie and I suppose the fossils will be on display in PIttsburgh at some point.
If if you're lying on your resum - for your entire career - wtf else are you lying about? They should of fired the ahole long ago - you better believe if he was some lacky he would have been gone long ago.
Stupid ass admin's who do shit like mount application log files on the root filesystem... and stupid ass admins who don't have scripts to alert them when a file system is 99% full... or stupid ass admins who wait until a disaster strikes at 3am in the morning to do anything about it!

The Quake engine isn't given away for free.
Maybe if fatty would have worked out instead of playing video games non-stop, people wouldn't laugh at the dork!

No. The plump chicken did it on his own... oh the horror! I hope the stupid dork never lives it down.
Sheesh... the "diesel" hiding under his desk and having panic attacks. STFU already.
The article fails to mention a golden parachute - though I am sure he received one. Is he still around? Or is he living off his past?

Uhh... the agreement specified physical media - that of course assumes you read the article which you obviously haven't.

People are scared stiff that it might have mutated to a mammal. If so, human isn't far behind. Be careful what you scoff!
And then tries to discount his troll by adding "I own a Mac Mini". Yeah... sure he does.

Hmmm... who is the "lame" one here?

And it did NOT run rings around the Apple II. It had a membrane keyboard! Do you actually THINK before writing crap?
