You would probably get away with photographing railway stations. I have took many pictures at big and small stations and have seen others doing so, without the police or the security bothering about it. Actually, there is no law against photographing rail stations, so the police can at most harass you, not confiscate your equipment or prosecute you. However, they usually are more suspicious about foreigners, and one reason is that foreigners are generally unaware of the rules and would be more willing to pay up a fine (bribe, actually) to get away.
Metro rail and Airports are a whole different story. You are most probably going to be caught and detained. There is no law baring photography in metro rails, but they have big notices prohibiting photography on metro stations and rails. I doubt the legality of it, but I will have to file a PIL to find out.
If you pick and keep a console because of the "exclusives" it offers, it means there is something seriously wrong or lacking in the console itself.
I hate the idea of exclusives, that may be clouding my judgement.
So you are going to able to use your connection in full speed for about 0.0615 seconds.
Whether Caps are good or bad is debatable, but the caps need to increase over time as technology progresses. I would not bet on the ISPs upgrading the Caps significantly any time soon, or in the future.
The PC upgrade cycle is a myth. You can play most if not all games with moderate settings even on a 5 year old pc. My friend tried out Crysis 2 on a dual-core and 8600GT (really?) and it did not stutter.
The point I am trying to make is if you don't want to run all the games on MAX resolution and settings, you don't need to upgrade your PC as they claim. With consoles, you are stuck with lower graphics capability anyway. What you are missing is the opportunity to upgrade it if/when you can manage some cash. Maybe it feels good to know that no one else has better graphics than you.
"Steam engines will never replace Horses.
Steam engine is far too inefficient. And the maintenance and cost will make everyone cringe.
Petrol/diesel is also horribly inefficient and not at all reliable like horses."

When I don't use C based programs (which is 90% of the software ever produced) I don't miss a thing. In fact, it saves me from lot of malware and stupid programs.
I have zero respect for C and less for a creator who thought we NEEDED this junk.
Using a good thing for stupid puproses does not make it bad. The fact that you rely on JS on 10% of the sites you visit shows that it is useful.
Just compare Google Search to Blekko. For 1 week, do all your searches in both. You will see that Google Search is feeding you the sites with the most Google ads, not the most relevance.
Really? Since when wikipedia started using Google Ads?
We need some bureaucratic who actually has some brain. And may be some politicians who can rise over vote bank policy and can take stern measures.
Why not just make a single child rule like China? Because that would enrage the Muslim community? Utter BS.
One thing I have never understood: all the console games are developed on PC, and i guess the levels can also be run on a PC (You can't probably do the code-debug-code cycle if you can't debug it on your IDE). So. they probably always develop something that can run the game on a PC (It may be just an alpha version). So, you design and test your game on PC but make it console only? Is it not pretty much stupid and probably insulting?
Basically, horror is not blood and gore. A true horror movie(or game) does not need a single drop of blood or dismembered limb. If you want to scare someone, don't allow them to distance themselves from what is going on. Make them think it actually COULD happen to them, and make them scare themselves. People are afraid of the unknown. If they know what to expect, you lose the horror effect./P
A prime example of it would be the movie Stalker (directed by Andrei Tarkovosky).
SPOLIER: The whole movie keeps you on the edge thinking when the disaster will occur, when the zone will strike those poor fellows (I had played the game before, so i expected them to face some anomalies/ mutant animals). Although it is not a "horror film" per se, but it was truly an experience, and there was no blood or gore or anything.
I am and always have been an avid linux supporter, but Ubuntu's decision to swap the buttons came as a big surprise to me. Whoa- why change something without any reason other than just looking different? I can remember how frustrated I became with the new layout before finding out the script to revert it back.
Bottom line is that you get as much justice as you can afford.

but instead of bullets, it is about shooting a film!
At this rate, they will soon need to release Ubuntu 69: Zealous Zuckerburg!

Stupid Indian cops are afraid that a car will capture them taking bribe or sleeping instead of working.
The real news will be when /. posts "NO SECURITY BREACH IN PSN/SONY TODAY!"
I am waiting for that day.
...would go into securing the PSN network.

Nerds using nerdy tools- whats so surprising about that? If more grannys are drawn to Open Source, that would be news!

The entire article is one... Did not find any argument that has not already been used some 1000 times...
There is an addon for firefox called "user agent switcher" that can send almost any host+browser combination (including iphone, ipad etc) you want.

Maybe they will realize this cost and take up using linux- all over again!
